We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Field Technician to join our team. This role involves assisting with the construction, repair, and maintenance of decks, patios, and other outdoor living structures. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building decks, porches, pergolas, and outdoor structures
• Measure, cut, and install materials (wood, composite, hardware)
• Perform repairs, staining, and maintenance on existing structures
• Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely
• Follow project plans, safety guidelines, and company standards
• Communicate with team members and occasionally with clients on-site

Qualifications

• Previous construction or carpentry experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset

• Basic carpentry or construction experience
