About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Amazon Inventory & Operations Specialist to join our warehouse team at our headquarters in Easley, South Carolina.

This role goes beyond basic warehouse work. You will play a key part in inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and operational improvement for our growing Amazon business. You’ll work closely with our team to improve systems, processes, and tools while helping ensure orders are shipped accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Inventory Management & Accuracy
Count and audit inventory regularlyUpdate inventory in our systemsIdentify discrepancies and resolve inventory issuesMaintain organized and accurate stock locationsAssist with cycle counts and full inventory auditsAmazon Order Fulfillment
Pull products for Amazon ordersPrepare items for packing and shippingCoordinate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlinesHelp prioritize urgent orders and high-volume daysWarehouse Operations
Stock inventory as we manufacture itOrganize shelves and storage locationsMove inventory between areas as neededMaintain clean and efficient work areas

Process Improvement & Team Collaboration
Help improve inventory processes and workflowsWork with management to improve software and toolsSuggest improvements for efficiency and accuracyAssist with implementing new systems and proceduresWhat a Typical Day Might Look Like
Pulling and staging Amazon ordersCounting and verifying inventoryUpdating inventory in the systemStocking new product arrivalsWorking with team members to improve processesAssisting with warehouse organizationThis is an active role where you’ll spend much of the day moving, counting, organizing, and improving operations.

Experience with inventory systemsWarehouse or fulfillment experienceAmazon FBA or eCommerce experienceExperience with barcode scanners or inventory softwareSchedule & Flexibility
