As a Cloud Implementation Engineer, you will be working with our partners to build-out virtual data centers. You will have access to some of the most popular cloud technologies, such as VMware (vCloud and vSphere), Veeam, S3, Zerto, Cisco, and Fortinet.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Build-out virtual environments (IaaS, DaaS, DRaaS, & BaaS) using a full suite of virtual server tools and products
• Work with partners to manage the successful migration of data
• Assist with the end-user rollout
• Troubleshoot the environment to deliver the products our partners and customers have purchased for consumption

Preferred Experience:

• Effective communication skills with regards to meeting deadlines and expectations (Project Management skills are a plus)
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (IP routing / Network experience preferred)
• Able to demonstrate familiarity with virtualization platforms
• Windows and Linux administration

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of IT experience in a customer supporting role
