Job Description: | A Part-time Software Customer Support person will identify, research, resolve and respond to caller problems. Also they will also document, track, and monitor issues to ensure a timely resolution. They will have know-how of hardware/software configuration and also be responsible for internal and external communication. Looking for multiple people to fill the following shifts: Shift will be 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM Tuesday-Saturday What it takes to be successful: *Ability to resolve a minimum number of service call issues on a daily basis. *Ability to ensure all service issues are handled thoroughly on a daily basis. *Effective communication skills, including the ability to alert the correct departments when routing or escalating issues beyond the scope of Level 1 responsibility. *Ability to track and/or communicate resolution plans for all issues to customers. *Ability to work with members of other departments such as Sales, Product Maintenance, or Development to ensure complete understanding of customer needs and requirements. Requirements/Qualifications: *Availability to work 20-30 hours/week +/- *Travel may be required inside the US *Previous customer service experience and excellent customer service skills *Excellent oral and written communication skills *Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously *Ability to make effective, timely decisions and follow through with projects This position has an enormous affect on organizational success.
